What is An MLO?

A Mortgage Loan Officer (MLO) is a financial expert who helps homebuyers to get financed for a property that they wish to purchase. Also known as Mortgage Loan Originators, they usually work for a bank or credit union and can only offer loan product from that particular institution.

Traditionally, a person wishing to become an MLO has to take the SAFE Exam in one state and after passing the exam will only be licensed in that particular state.

However, with our program, thanks to an exclusive partnership that we have with a federal credit union, we are able to help financial experts to become legally licensed Mortgage Loan Officers in all 50 states (including Hawaii and Alaska).
